Born and raised in North Carolina, Allison is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, with minors in Psychology and Health Promotion before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Winston-Salem State University.
Allison is passionate about helping patients better understand, connect with, and care for their bodies through every stage of life. She supports patients experiencing pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and incontinence, as well as those navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She strives to create a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered to reach their individual goals.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys baking, hiking, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
