You may be referred to MFM care for:
- Preexisting health conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease)
- Advanced maternal age (35+)
- IVF or multiple gestation
- Past pregnancy loss or complications
- Concerns identified during routine ultrasounds
- Genetic risks or abnormal screening results

Advanced Ultrasound Imaging
High-resolution ultrasounds throughout pregnancy, including:

Genetic Counseling and Testing

Diabetes in Pregnancy

- Preexisting (Type 1, Type 2, MODY) and gestational diabetes

High-Risk Pregnancy Consultations
