About Kaitlyn Bachman, PT, DPT, PRPC, CAPP-OB
Kaitlyn Bachman serves patients of Cary OB/GYN as a board certified Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals of all ages and orientations understand and address their own pelvic health concerns in an inclusive, respectful, and comfortable environment. She strives to find individualized ways of addressing pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, sexual difficulties, and bowel concerns as well as navigating the unique changes that occur during pregnancy, postpartum and menopause-related transitions of life.
With over a decade of pelvic health experience, Kaitlyn has attained the Certification of Achievement in Obstetric Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB) and her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace and the APTA. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN, and undergraduate degree in Medical Humanities from Davidson College in NC. She truly values helping her patients improve their quality of life through collaborative and compassionate care and appreciates the opportunity to help the diverse patients she has the privilege of working with reach their own individual goals.
With a deep passion for pelvic health, she additionally works as the director of Pelvic Health Fund, a nonprofit with the mission of improving access to pelvic health support and supplies, in her spare time.
When not providing patient care, she enjoys going on adventures with her two children and exploring the outdoors.
