Cary Ob/Gyn is excited to introduce Kara Willette MSN, CPNP, WHNP-BC, as the newest member of our team. Kara’s extensive expertise spans both pediatric/adolescent health and women’s health, making her a valuable asset to our practice.

Kara’s journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University in 1992. She then embarked on a fulfilling career as a pediatric, labor, and delivery nurse, gaining invaluable experience in diverse healthcare settings. Driven by her passion for continuous learning, Kara pursued her advanced education at the University of Hartford, earning her Master’s Degree and becoming board-certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2000.

With over two decades of experience in pediatric and adolescent health, Kara’s dedication to providing exceptional care led her to further her education at Duke University, where she completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Women’s Health. Her experience in high-risk Maternal Fetal Medicine further enhances her skills and knowledge in providing comprehensive care to women.

Kara’s areas of special interest include teen health and a broad spectrum of women’s health issues. Her commitment to patient-centered care and her compassionate approach makes her an exceptional addition to our team. We are proud to welcome Kara Willette to Cary Ob/Gyn, and we look forward to the positive impact she will have on our patients’ lives.
