While our UWH of The Carolinas healthcare providers will help ensure you are kept informed every step of the way throughout your prenatal care, we also encourage you to participate in the prenatal classes that we offer through our offices. You can learn about the delivery process, relaxation strategies, and breathing techniques that can be helpful during labor and postpartum care, as well as tips for caring for yourself and your baby.
