You and your baby deserve the best, and so it is important to learn as much as you can about nutrition, weight management, and other preparations for the healthiest pregnancy possible.

It’s critical to get the care you and your baby need from the very beginning, even at the point where you are just starting to think about getting pregnant.

Pre-conceptual counseling can help you learn how to prepare for pregnancy, including identifying any risks that might be involved in your particular situation. Starting the process as early as possible will enable you and your healthcare provider to develop an appropriate plan that includes your goals for your health and the health of your baby.
