When ANY situation arises, I have always been able to count on him. The receptionist upon checking in was friendly and congenial - BIG SMILE (that always makes a difference). All the way to check out- smiles and how are you. Glad to see you back. I also observed this with other patients coming in to see their doctors. It makes a huge difference the reception you receive- positive start to finish.
