Checking in and out the staff was friendly & quick, as always the office was clean and welcoming. Mrs Rebecca Ramsey is my absolute favorite. She always makes me feel seen and heard when expressing how I’ve been feeling or any changes I think I want to try. She always walks me through everything she’s doing (especially during physical exams) and answers all of my questions. She takes extra precautions just to rule everything out and goes over everything with me. I appreciate her diligent care and empathy towards her patients. I wish more providers in the medical field cared the way she does, she is the best!

Prescription Medication / Rx Refill

I had a new FN-P this visit and she heard my concerns and had accurate feedback and her responses sounded caring. She didn't sound like she was trying to get me out of there and move along with her day. Also, the person who took my vitals/height/weight was very nice and caring. Her name was Emily (I don't know her last name but she has blond hair). She told me that it was going to be a bit of a wait before I got into a real room, offered me water, checked in on me consistently to make sure I was okay and comfortable and kept me updated on the wait time. I appreciated her taking the time to do this, I felt as if I mattered as a patient and it made me feel welcomed at this practice. I had a much better experience this visit than my previous ones.

Gynecological Problem Visit

I was there for one problem and discovered another. The silent killer, blood pressure, showed up in a large way. An ambulance was called and went to the hospital. All do to the quick thinking of my doctor. Outstanding. We are happy to report that things are well and I am so thankful to her in many ways.
