“Women’s medicine is so fulfilling to me as a physician because it allows me to solve specific issues with conservative therapies and advanced treatments like minimally invasive surgery. It also gives me the opportunity to make a positive, long-term impact on my patients’ lives through preventive care and education.

“I’ll work closely with you to make sure you understand any health issues you may have. I will explain the pros and cons of all your treatment options and help you make the decisions that are right for your unique situation. I’m here to answer your questions and provide the one-on-one guidance and support you deserve from your doctor.”

Dr. D’Andrea spends her free time with her husband, three daughters and extended family. She enjoys reading and excercising outdoors. She volunteers with various community organizations.

Annual Well Woman Exam

First of all, I love Dr. D'Andrea but the amount of time I had to wait was not acceptable. I had a 3:40 mammogram and 4:00 appt. with her. It was about an hour and twenty minutes before I was called back to a room. I ended up leaving the practice a few minutes before 6:00. I recommend those patients that are late for their appointments reschedule, so all other patients can keep their appointment time. Carteret OBGYN is a great practice but, need to work on a solution to this kind of issue.
