If the rating was just for the HCP experience, it would be 5. But this rating is a 4 due to the wait time to be seen. My appointment was at 10:00a, I arrived on time, then waited 25 minutes before being taken back for the appointment. 25 minutes! And no explanation or apology. A simple, "sorry we are behind schedule" would go a long way. I could understand 10-15 minutes, but I feel 25 minutes is too long to wait!

I was apprehensive about going because I wasn’t sure what the purpose would be if they aren’t doing a Pap smear. Michelle was fantastic. She explained everything. I’m very glad I went. I feel like she’s one of the best providers I’ve ever had in any specialty.
