The staff are always friendly from check in to check out. The appointments are scheduled in such a manner that wait time is a very minimum or no wait time at all. I also like the way Dr. Richardson have a thorough discussion and recap previous visit prior to the exam itself. It's a personal touch that most doctors don't take the time to complete
The staff were all very friendly and Dr Richardson was, of course, wonderful. She is very loving and supportive and professional all at the same time. I truly appreciate her care as well as the nurses and office staff.
