Chelsie has a passion for empowering women to become proactive in their healthcare and achieve a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. Chelsie became a nurse in 2014 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from East Carolina University in 2016. Upon graduation, Chelsie worked at Carteret Health Care as a Labor & Delivery nurse caring for mothers and babies. She continued to work in Labor & Delivery while achieving her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Duke University. She graduated in 2020 as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She and her husband enjoy spending time boating and soaking up the sun on the coast!

Everyone at Carteret OB GYN is super friendly and nice. I never have any problems. My Mammogram was comfortable and not akward. The lady that performed it was nice and held a great conversation with me. Chelsie is a rock star! I love having her as my doctor!
