Dr. Casey Cooper is the newest physician to join Triangle Physicians for Women. Dr. Cooper grew up in southwestern Virginia, attended medical school at The Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (Virginia Campus), and completed her OB-GYN residency training at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga. She enjoys the variety that working as an OB-GYN provides, including seeing a wide age range of patients, performing surgery, and being a part of deliveries. Outside of taking care of her patients, Dr. Cooper loves trying new restaurants, exploring the outdoors, and cooking. She is excited to settle into the Cary community with her husband (a Raleigh native & NC State graduate), daughter, and two golden retrievers!

Dr Cooper answered my concerns regarding the continuation of estradiol and the change in dosage in great detail. I’m getting more hot flashes and some sleep disturbance but willing to continue with lower dosage for now.
