Anne Bond Bonpain, MD, FACOG, provides obstetrics and gynecological care to patients at Cary OB/GYN, with locations in Cary and Morrisville, North Carolina. She also serves on the Quality Improvement Committee.

A native of northeast North Carolina, Dr. Bonpain attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She completed her medical residency in 2005 at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Since 2005, Dr. Bonpain has continued to advance her knowledge by joining several medical societies, including the American Medical Association, North Carolina Medical Society, and the Southeastern Obstetrical & Gynecological Society.

She’s also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and in the past, she served on the Wake Medical Utilization Review Committee at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Dr. Bonpain lives in Cary with her husband Eric, who is from France, and their son and daughter.

Gynecological Ultrasound / Sonogram

Dr. Bonpain is incredibly attentive and always willing to take the time to explain things and go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. The office was able to accommodate a same day ultrasound appointment for me so that I wouldn't have to come back another day. Dr. Bonpain also knew I was nervous, and I had the results from her in less than 2 hours. The mammogram and ultrasound techs both do their best to make sure you are comfortable and explain what is going on every step of the way.

I don't love the layout of the waiting room. I always feel awkward in there. I filled out the patient forms and also brought extra documentation of some issues, and the tech was asking me the same questions on the patient form. I'm not sure what the purpose of the form is if the tech isn't going to read it.
