    I am extremely pleased with my recent appointment. From the moment I arrived, I felt a bit flustered after mistakenly going to the wrong location and having to navigate the challenge of being worked in at the last minute. However, Kaitlyn's warm, welcoming demeanor and genuine approach completely transformed my experience. She took the time to sit down with me, allowing me to express my feelings and concerns about the past 6 to 8 weeks of my postpartum journey. Kaitlyn listened attentively, validating my emotions and actively engaging in problem-solving with me. Together, we explored the various challenges I’ve been facing, and I truly appreciated her thoughtful guidance and support. Her ability to connect and empathize made me feel understood and valued. I left the appointment not only with practical resolutions to my issues but also with a renewed sense of reassurance in my motherhood journey.
