    The staff are always friendly from check in to check out. The appointments are scheduled in such a manner that wait time is a very minimum or no wait time at all. I also like the way Dr. Richardson have a thorough discussion and recap previous visit prior to the exam itself. It's a personal touch that most doctors don't take the time to complete
