I did not have to wait long in any of the waiting areas before seeing my doctor or medical attendant.
Was seen for an urgent problem within 4 days (included an intervening weekend) without any hassle. Staff was pleasant, efficient and professional. The medical assistant/nurse who took me to the exam room was also very nice, efficient and professional. She took the time to make me feel comfortable, respected and as well as listening and responding with questions reflecting that she had listened to my concerns and history. The doctor, whom I hadn't seen in several years due to a lack of health problems and the COVID pandemic, as well as the recent hurricane, was equally pleasant, thorough and professional. She also took the time to make sure her exam and explanation of the proposed treatment was complete and that all my questions were answered and follow-up plan and appointment was scheduled. This experience was excellent in all respects and what any patient could ever expect or want from her physician.

Doctor Usher preformed my C-Section. He walked me through the process and made me as comfortable as he could. For my postpartum visit, he listened to everything I said, answered all of my questions, and helped me decide the best option for birth control. Highly recommend him.

I was able to directly talk about perimenopausal concerns that I had. Dr. Larabee was extremely attentive, providing options of how to move forward with medical care. Dr. Larrabee is easy to talk to, answering all of my questions.

My yearly visits with Dr. K Ross is always pleasant. The office is clean, staff is pleasant and Dr is knowledgeable about anything I ask. I've been given options when I have issues that may have been raised, which let's me be the one to make a decision for myself....no pressure. Thank you Dr. Ross!

Greeting at the front desk is just blah...now "Welcoming feeling" Then standard mono tones of "how are you, stand hear, put your things here" I know I am just another patient. But when the Dr comes in she is always up beat and seems happy to see me, even though I am just another patient.
Dr. Clark is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain each process/procedure

I've always loved Dr. Lies. He always makes his patient's feel as comfortable as possible. I am so glad he is still there.
